2010 BMO Skate Canada Prince Edward Island Sectionals  

Dates:                                     November 6-8, 2009

There are a number of clubs that are in desperate need of a certified coach in order to operate this season. The Rustico Wings on Ice is looking for a CanSkate coach effective immediately. Please contact Lori Toombs at 626-5969 or Joe Perry at 940-0201.

If you are interested in coaching in another area there are numerous other clubs in need. Morell and possibly Crapaud are also seeking coaches.

Skate Canada PEI is hosting a 2-day seminar with world renowned coaches from the Mariposa School of Skating.

Registration is now being accepted for the Sherwood Parkdale Skating Club Fall School at Cody Banks Arena from August 31 - September 26, 2009.   Programs include CanSkate and STARSkate.  Registration form and information available at www.sherwoodparkdaleskatingclub.com.

The Island Skating School will be holding its summer school from August 3 - 21, 2009 at the Pownal Sports Centre.  There will be two sessions CanSkate: stages 4, 5, 6 and 7 and working on preliminary tests and Jr/Senior: working on preliminary tests and up.  Sessions will take place Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 5:30 - 8:30 pm.  Completed registration form and posted dated cheques (June 6, 2009 and August 3, 2009) must be received by June 6, 2009.
